Personal leadership coach
You've learned to hold everything together. Maybe it's time to come back to yourself.
I support women entrepreneurs, executives and professionals through times of change, crisis or rebuilding, to regain clarity, make decisions and feel in charge of their own lives again.
Maybe you're here because…
- You have built a career, a company or a family and, even so, you feel that something no longer fits.
- You are going through a divorce, an illness, a career change, or simply a stage in which you need to rethink things.
- You are the one who usually solves, organizes, decides and holds everyone else together. But this time you're not so sure what you need. At some point, among so many responsibilities, you may have stopped listening to yourself.
- Or maybe nothing extraordinary has happened. You simply know you don't want to keep living exactly the same way.
Who am I to support you
I coach from lived experience.
I'm not a coach who used to be an entrepreneur. I'm an entrepreneur who, after going through her own rebuilding, decided to train and become professionally certified as a coach in order to support other women.
My experience allows me to understand many of the situations the women I work with are living; my training gives me the method to support them while respecting something fundamental: their story is not mine, and their answers don't have to be either.
How I work
I don't start from a fixed program. I start from you.
I begin by understanding where you are, what is happening and what you really need. From there I work with questions, tools and concrete actions to help you regain clarity, make decisions and move forward.
Some women need to resolve something specific. Others are going through a much deeper process. That's why not every coaching journey lasts the same amount of time.
That's why I've created three forms of coaching, depending on where you are and how deep the process you need goes.
You don't have to know which one you need. We can figure it out together in our first conversation.
- 01
Starting point
4 sessions 60 minutes About 1 month
For when you need to stop, get organized and figure out where to begin.
How this process works
A short process to understand where you are, identify what needs attention and start working on it with concrete tools. Designed for moments when there isn't yet a big defined goal, but there is the feeling that you need to get organized, gain perspective and move forward.
- 02
Clarity process
6 sessions 90 minutes Up to 4 months
When you know what you need to resolve, but can't see clearly how to do it.
How this process works
We start from a specific situation, decision or goal and explore it in depth, understand what is blocking progress and build specific tools to address it. The process is designed around the person and the challenge she brings, not around a predetermined method.
- 03
Ongoing personal coaching
8 sessions Up to 2 hours 12–18 months
For when you don't just want to resolve a situation. You want to work on the way you're living.
How this process works
A long-term process for women who want to work on deeper goals, build new habits and create changes that can last. Over 12–18 months we combine deep-work sessions with tools designed for your process and ongoing support between sessions, so that what we work on doesn't stay a conversation but gradually becomes part of your real life.
Contact and follow-up throughout the process.
Testimonials
What the women I've coached say
Focus and clarity
I lacked focus: I had lots of ideas, but I struggled to bring them down to earth. Learning to build where I want to go and how—with which values—I want to move forward has been key. Silvia creates the trust you need to open up, knows how to ask the right questions and guides you through the process of discovering yourself.
Dreaming big
I wanted to overcome my fear of being visible. Even though I've only met Silvia through a screen, her essence and her professionalism have been a great help for someone like me, who finds it hard to show up, open up and be seen. Thanks to her, I'm allowing myself to dream big—and I know I'll make it.
Believing in myself
I came in with low self-esteem and I've managed to believe more in myself and in my abilities. I will always remember everything I've achieved and overcome in life. I'd tell anyone to go in open to the process: they can fully trust that Silvia is a safe space and that she'll help them grow.
Frequently asked questions
Before we talk
How do I know if coaching is what I need?
You don't need to arrive with everything figured out. You may be facing a decision, a change, a crisis, or simply feel that something in your life no longer works the way it used to. Our first conversation is precisely for understanding where you are and assessing whether I can help you.
What's the difference between coaching and therapy?
Therapy and coaching have different goals. My work does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. We start from where you are today to gain clarity, define where you want to go and work on the decisions, habits and actions that can get you there. If I believe what you need is outside my scope, I'll tell you with complete honesty.
Do I have to be an entrepreneur to work with you?
No. I work especially well with women entrepreneurs, executives and professionals because I know firsthand the demands and responsibility that come with those roles, but it isn't a requirement. What matters is that you're at a point where you want to actively work on something in your life.
I don't know exactly what's wrong. Can I still start?
Yes. In fact, many women arrive exactly like that. They know something needs to change, but they can't name it yet. Part of the process may be precisely about sorting through what you're going through until you understand what really needs your attention.
Are you going to tell me what to do?
No. I can share tools, perspectives and questions, but the decisions will always be yours. My role isn't to direct your life, but to help you see it clearly enough to decide from a more conscious place. I don't want you to depend on me. I want you to need me less and less.
What type of process do I need?
You don't have to decide before talking to me. Some situations simply need order and perspective; others require working on a specific goal in greater depth; and some changes need time to become a new way of living. In our first conversation we'll see what might make sense for you. And if none of my processes is what you need, I'll tell you that too.
How long does a process last?
It depends on what you want to work on. There are short processes of about a month and coaching journeys that can extend over several months or more than a year. I prefer to work with the time each goal needs rather than prolong a process for its own sake.
What happens between sessions?
The process doesn't end when a session ends. Depending on the type of coaching, we'll work with exercises, tools and concrete actions to bring what we've discussed into your real life. In longer processes we also keep in ongoing contact between sessions. Because often the questions, decisions and important moments don't happen on the exact day we have a session. That follow-up lets us review progress, work on situations as they arise and adapt the process to what you're living.
What if I don't know whether I'm ready?
I don't believe there's a perfect moment to start. But I do believe there are moments when you begin asking yourself questions you can no longer keep ignoring. If you're there, we can start simply by talking.
Let's talk
Maybe you don't need to have all the answers. Maybe you just need a space to ask yourself the right questions.
If something you've read here has resonated with you, let's talk. I want to listen to you, understand where you are and see whether I can support you in what comes next.
